Shipping Policy
You will receive your order in 1-2 weeks. If there is any damage to the product, please refuse to accept the delivery. If you are unable to do this at time of delivery, you will need to contact the carrier (UPS) as soon as possible. They will also need to be contacted in order to send a replacement for the damaged filters. Custom sizes are non-returnable and non-refundable, if ordered incorrectly by the customer. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place an order. The company name on your charge statement will be EMI Filtration Products.
